AvTech Capital is pleased to announce a $930,000 lease for a newly formed rehabilitation hospital. This hospital is one of several, owned by a company which operates multiple rehabilitation hospitals and long-term acute care facilities across the US. The lease was used for various tenant improvements, IT equipment and software, and medical equipment needed for the new facility. A big portion of the equipment had previously been paid for, which allowed AvTech Capital to provide this client with a sale/lease back structure to reimburse costs that had already been spent.
